What is the Hodgkinson Publishing Affiliate Program?

Question: How do I get started with the affiliate program?

Question: Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes, our products and participation in the program are global. We pay commissions in US dollars through PayPal around the 15th of the month following the sale. Your commissions are deposited right into your PayPal account once each month. (PayPal is FREE) Go to www.paypal.com for full details.)

Question: How much will I earn for each sale I refer?

For most products, you will receive a 40% commission on any of our products that you sell. Some products carry different levels of commission (up to 75%) and you will see this inside your login panel.

Question: What are the minimum payment requirements for commissions?

The minimum payment level is $25. Accounts owed less than this amount will be carried forward to the next sales period until commissions have reached the $25 threshold. Any commissions against sales that are rejected on credit card authorization or otherwise refunded or charged back will be deducted from your following commission payment.

Question: How can I keep track of how many people visit and buy from my affiliate link?

Simply log in to your affiliate account (see the welcome email) to access various online reports, where you can track your click-throughs and commissions. (See “Check Stats.”)

Question: How will you keep track of the orders coming from my site?

We use state of the art technology to manage your leads and sales. Our tracking system makes use of cookies to track your referrals for an entire year!

Note: If a customer has cookies disabled, then we can’t track the sales that occur but in general this would only apply to around 1% of possible clients.

Question: What kind of advertising is prohibited?

This is very important: You must not send unsolicited email (also known as spam) in any way, shape, or form. There will be absolutely no tolerance in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions. We’ll remove them from the program the instant we receive confirmation of a violation. Anyone found violating this part of our affiliate agreement may also be subject to damages claims. In short do not use SPAM to promote our program.

Question: How will my visitors order?

We take care of all order processing, fulfilment and customer service… Simply direct the visitors to our websites through your affiliate links, and we’ll look after the rest.

Question: How can I change my affiliate account information?

To edit your account, just go to the Login Page. ( Click Here ) You’ll need to know your user name and password to access your account.

Question: What is my affiliate link?

We don’t assign a single affiliate URL (link) to you. Instead, we provide different links for each of the products you can promote. Simply login and click on “Get Links” and you’ll see a list of all the products available for you to sell as our affiliate.
